ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS:
- You are entitled to cancel your order within 02 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

- GOOD(S) ON SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION.
NO REFUND POLICY:
No cash refund Policy/ Credit voucher will be provided.
CONDITIONS FOR REPLACE/EXCHANGE GOOD(S)
In order for the Good(s) to be eligible for a replace/exchange, please make sure that:
- The Good(s) were purchased in last 3 days.
- The Good(s) are in the original packaging condition.
- The Good(s) are not used or damaged and are with all original tags.
- The Good(s) must have the receipt or proof of purchase and reason of return written on it.
The Good(s) Cannot Be Replace/Exchange In Following Conditions:
- The supply of Good(s) are made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Only regular priced Good(s) may be refunded. Unfortunately, Good(s) on Sale cannot be Replaced/Exchanged.
- The Good(s) without receipt or proof of purchase won’t be entitled for Replacement/Exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

- Complete Replace/Exchange Form
If you wish to Replace/Exchange any portion of your online order, please write a clear reason on the back side of Invoice and include it with your replace/exchange shipment.
- Repack Merchandise
Please make sure that the goods(s) you wish to Replace/Exchange, along with the reason written on back side of invoice are included with your replacement/exchange shipment.

NOTE: Hijab Insignia will not pay any shipping charges of the replacement/exchange products.
SHIPPING POLICY:
HIJAB INSIGNIA won’t charge shipping fee orders above 2000 Rs. We are using multiple renowned courier services within Pakistan, for all the domestic orders.
After placing the order, customer located in Karachi will have their doorstep delivery within 3 to 4 working days, and rest of Pakistan will have their doorstep delivery within 7 working days. The processing time of order is not included in the mentioned time-frame, and this processing time may vary according to the seasons.
International customers will have their doorstep delivery within 15-20 days.
Due to current Covid-19 conditions, we cannot promise for the Time Frame for delivering the goods internationally, however Team HIJAB INSIGNIA will put its utmost efforts to send your purchases as earlier as possible.
